A Waikiki few has submitted a civil criticism in Circuit Court towards a Honolulu attorney alleging he sexually assaulted the wife in August and September 2019 just after he was retained as the wife’s divorce lawyer.

Miyoko Shitara filed a law enforcement report Feb. 7, 2020, alleging sexual assault, including rape, but had not heard back from police or the prosecutor’s place of work until the Honolulu Star-Advertiser inquired about the situation.

The 57-yr-previous girl and her spouse, Kazuhiko Shitara, are suing Gary G. Singh, aka G. Gary Singh, a legal defense, immigration and family law attorney, for actions allegedly fully commited two several years back.

Singh allegedly took some of the husband’s belongings, saved them at his household and explained to Shitara it was to negotiate the divorce and that he would later on return it.

The pair reconciled, and when Shitara asked for the goods back again, Singh demanded $15,000 in remaining attorney’s expenses.
