A Waikiki few has submitted a civil criticism in Circuit Court towards a Honolulu attorney alleging he sexually assaulted the wife in August and September 2019 just after he was retained as the wife’s divorce lawyer.
Miyoko Shitara filed a law enforcement report Feb. 7, 2020, alleging sexual assault, including rape, but had not heard back from police or the prosecutor’s place of work until the Honolulu Star-Advertiser inquired about the situation.
The 57-yr-previous girl and her spouse, Kazuhiko Shitara, are suing Gary G. Singh, aka G. Gary Singh, a legal defense, immigration and family law attorney, for actions allegedly fully commited two several years back.
The lawsuit was filed Aug. 1, just in advance of the statute of limits expired.
