CHICAGO (AP) — Jussie Smollett’s lawyers are not able to connect with as a witness the Chicago prosecutor whose workplace dropped preliminary rates accusing the actor of staging a racist, anti-gay attack on himself in 2019, a choose ruled Thursday.

Smollett’s lawyers also are not able to point out several lawsuits joined to his circumstance, Cook dinner County Decide James Linn said.
